Terms of Service

SESSIONED is a technology platform that connects athletes and coaches. Coaching sessions and events are independently organized and conducted by coaches and event organizers, not by SESSIONED.

SESSIONED does not supervise, direct, control, or operate coaching sessions, events, or training activities offered through the platform.

Coaches on SESSIONED are independent professionals. They are not employees, contractors, or representatives of SESSIONED.

By using SESSIONED, you agree that:

• You participate in training sessions at your own risk.
• SESSIONED is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or any other harm that occurs during or related to a session.
• You are responsible for your own health, fitness, and readiness to train.
• If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you (as the parent or guardian) accept full responsibility for their participation and safety.

Payments are collected through the SESSIONED platform at the time of booking. Coaches receive their earnings after a session is completed.

SESSIONED charges a platform fee to support operations, secure payments, and coach vetting. The full session price is displayed before you confirm your booking — no hidden fees.

Coaches are responsible for managing their own cancellations and rescheduling. If a coach needs to cancel a session, they should notify the athlete directly and coordinate a reschedule.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis between the athlete and coach, unless SESSIONED determines otherwise in cases of platform error or fraud.

SESSIONED is not responsible for disputes that arise between athletes and coaches regarding session quality, cancellations, or conduct.

All coaches go through a review process before being listed on SESSIONED. However, SESSIONED does not guarantee the performance, qualifications, or behavior of any coach.

Your safety matters. Please train within your limits and communicate openly with your coach about any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before a session begins.

Parents and guardians booking for minors are responsible for ensuring the session environment is safe and appropriate for their child.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SESSIONED after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
