Coach Code of Conduct

All coaches on Sessioned agree to uphold these standards as a condition of listing on the platform. These standards protect athletes, parents, and the integrity of the coaching community.

All coaches agree to:

  • ✓Treat athletes, parents, and other users with respect and professionalism
  • ✓Maintain clear and appropriate communication at all times
  • ✓Prioritize athlete safety above all else during sessions
  • ✓Provide age-appropriate training and activities
  • ✓Represent qualifications, certifications, and experience honestly

Coaches may not:

  • ✗Harass, discriminate against, or demean any user based on any characteristic
  • ✗Engage in inappropriate conduct, communication, or physical contact with athletes — especially minors
  • ✗Use drugs or alcohol during or immediately before a session
  • ✗Misrepresent certifications, credentials, or coaching experience

⚠️ Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Sessioned.
