By registering as a coach on Sessioned, you agree to the following:
You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Sessioned. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for the sessions you provide, including safety, instruction, conduct, and communication with athletes.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in connection with your coaching activities.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate liability insurance for your coaching activities. Sessioned does not provide insurance coverage for coaches or sessions.
You agree to receive payments through the platform and understand that Sessioned charges a platform fee. Payout terms are provided during onboarding.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sessioned from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your coaching services or conduct on the platform.
You agree to act professionally at all times and provide a safe, respectful environment for all athletes, particularly minors.
By using the platform as a coach, you agree to these terms in full.
