Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By booking or participating in any training session through Sessioned ("Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Soccer training and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Sessioned is a technology platform that connects players with independent coaches. Sessioned does not employ, control, or supervise coaches and is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or services provided by any coach.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Sessioned, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any session booked through the Platform.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you or your child. You agree to seek medical advice if needed and assume full responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
Participants are responsible for maintaining their own medical and health insurance coverage. Sessioned does not provide medical insurance for participants. You participate with the understanding that any medical costs arising from a session are your sole responsibility.
If booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor's participation. You accept all risks on their behalf.
Sessioned does not control session locations or environments. You acknowledge responsibility for evaluating the safety and suitability of any training setting.
By using Sessioned and booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
