Sessioned is an online marketplace that connects athletes and parents with independent coaches. Sessioned does not provide coaching services and is not responsible for the conduct or quality of any session.
Users agree to provide accurate information, use the platform appropriately, and act respectfully toward all other users.
All coaches on Sessioned are independent contractors. Sessioned does not employ, manage, or control coaches in any way.
All bookings are processed through the platform. Payments are securely handled via Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorize the charge for the session amount.
Cancellation and refund policies may be set by individual coaches. Sessioned may intervene in disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to issue refunds.
Sessioned does not guarantee results, outcomes, or the quality of coaching services provided by any coach on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sessioned is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from sessions booked through the platform or from use of the platform itself.
